On the ground floor of the Palace of Culture there is a 220-seat auditorium and an information centre.
On the first floor, there are four exhibition halls of the Naisiai Land History Museum: the History, the Museums and Sights, the Kostas Gendvilas Room and the Naisiai Summer Theatre space.
